This policy helps us manage schedules fairly while keeping consultations and programs available for everyone who needs them.
1. General Philosophy
At ChanRe Care our goal is to provide quality healthcare management and consultation services in a timely manner. Late cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals cause an inconvenience to our healthcare professionals and other patients. This policy is designed to ensure all patients have access to care when they need it.
2. Subscription Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your subscription, please note the following policy:
Even if you have used the one-day program, you will be charged for the full month at the time of cancellation. However, any remaining unused portion of the month will be refunded to you on a prorated basis.
We recommend reviewing your billing cycle details before proceeding with cancellation. If you need assistance, please contact our support team.
3. Appointment and Consultation Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a scheduled remote or in-person consultation (including diet, physiotherapy, yoga or medical appointments):
- 24-Hour Notice Required: We require a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may need immediate care.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the consultation credit.
- No-Shows: If you miss an appointment without providing any prior notice, it is considered a "no-show". This may result in the full charge of the consultation fee or forfeiture of the session from your subscription package.
4. Exceptions
We understand that medical emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. Severe illness, emergencies, or technical issues on the ChanRe Care platform preventing a remote consultation may qualify as exceptions to this policy. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if such a situation occurs.
5. Provider Cancellations
In the event that a healthcare provider needs to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, ChanRe Care will notify you as soon as possible and assist in rescheduling the appointment at your earliest convenience without any penalty.
