1. General Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing. We evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
2. Services Covered
Refunds for services are generally not provided once the service has been rendered. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
3. Return of Products
Physical products purchased from our center may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.
4. Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed and appear on your statement.
